Consulting & Mediating
DMA Synergetics in 1981 began consulting in conflict resolution, team development, stress reduction and employee assistance counselling. It soon extended its services into dispute mediation, work life balance and wellness, executive coaching and peak performance training. Denis McCarthy has specializations in Clinical and Occupational Psychology and has combines these in his consulting work. He's been a member of the Fremantle Mediation Group since its inception and runs the Manager2Mediator™ training programmes.

In his 30+ years as a consulting psychologist Denis has helped many executives learn to deal better with pressure and its stressful impact on themselves and those they interact with, to experience greater well-being, live more balanced lives and be more effective at work.
